Happy March & Finish Strong Fridays! How are you feeling after February's Love Yourself Challenge? It's a new month and a great opportunity to renew and energize our fitness goals.  March is so great because the change of seasons is upon us. Ahh, spring is just around the corner and we couldn't be more thrilled! It's been a long winter! I'm done with below zero temps, wind-chill factors, freezing rain and snowstorms! Bring on the warmer temps and sunshine!

It's Rev Up Your Week Mondays! To get you moving and staying focused we are sharing our favourite workout tunes. Like most of you, we just love, love, love music! Let's face it, getting through a workout sans music can be dreadful! Nothing beats a playlist full of upbeat songs that pushes you through a tough workout and makes you go longer. With the right music you won't even feel like you're working out....or that you ran a whole 5k! (ok, maybe you will but you get the point!)
