Today's post is about simple healthy changes you can make right now that will bring you closer to your ideal weight and help you meet your fitness goals. L and I are always looking for small changes we can make daily to bring us closer to being our healthiest selves. Since we started our journey, we've made many adjustments to our regular routines that have given us HUGE results. So, we decided to put together a list of our top 7 healthy changes that have helped us see a BIG difference in our endurance, strength, skin, energy levels, waistlines and overall well-being. OD'ing on Spinach

Hi guys, Happy Weekend! How are you keeping active today?

Today's post is on how important nutrition is. What you put into your body will definitely affect how well it performs. It's common sense, but sometimes we don't really stop to think about it.

Over the past few weeks, I've been bad with keeping up with my clean-eating. In between Lunar New Year celebrations (fried goodness galore), eating out, work parties (cake for breakfast!), Valentine's Day chocolates, & just being surrounded by goodies everywhere I go - really doesn't help the situation. Lack of self-control while being on temptation island also doesn't help.

*Side note: V is really good at resisting temptation island, especially at work parties. Me on the other hand, I will have a little bit of everything. And don't get me started on sweets, I have the biggest sweet tooth ever known to mankind. Plus I love to eat! Who doesn't?

Got the Monday Blues? Kick 'em to the Curb!

Helloooo ladies (and gents), this is our first post on our blog (we haven't even written our bios yet!); but  we're just super pumped from our workout session this morning that we just had to share it with you.

Today happens to be Blue Monday. Yes just the sound of it is super depressing. For those of you who don't know, Blue Monday happens every 3rd Monday of January. It's scientifically proven that today is bluer than any other Monday of the year because: post-holiday syndrome is really kicking in, everyone's feeling the back-to-work blues, it's finally time to pay those credit card bills, we're still struggling to lose those extra pounds we gained, and on top of it all, it's COLD & gloomy (for those of you in Toronto, you know what I'm talking about re: EXTREME cold alert)...enough said.
